The Obituary of Roger E. Barnett 20 May 1932 - 15 June 2013 From the Dougherty Funeral Home. Roger went to the Lord on June 15, 2013, at age 81. He is survived by his beautiful wife of 61 years, Beverly; four children, Steven Barnett, Laurel (Donald) Schenkel, Robin (Steve) Behil and John Barnett; grandsons, Adam and Luke Schenkel; sister and brother-in-law, Lorraine and Warren West; and several nieces and nephews. Roger was a member and past commander of Honeoye-Hemlock American Legion Post 1278 and member of Honeoye Eagle Masonic Lodge. Roger loved his wife and family, his pets, good food, a good joke and his many, many friends. Friends may call on Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., Route 20A, 8624 Main St., Honeoye, where services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Springwater. Memorial contributions may be made to Honeoye-Hemlock American Legion Post.

The Obituary of Beverly Raeman Barnett 1932 - 7 June 2022 From the Dougherty Funeral Home. Canadice - At age 87, Beverly passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at the Conesus Lake Nursing Home in Livonia, NY. She was born in Rochester, NY to the late Medard and Mary Raeman. Beverly is predeceased by her beloved husband; Roger E. Barnett. Survived by her children; Steven Barnett, Laurel (Donald) Schenkel, Robin (Steve) Behil, and John Barnett, along with her grandsons; Adam and Luke Schenkel. Beverly loved her family, dancing with her husband, cooking and all animals. She was beautiful inside and out. A Funeral Mass will take place privately at St. Mary’s Church in Honeoye followed by interment at Evergreen Cemetery in Springwater, NY. |
