Mrs. Josephine Capron and family were in Springwater on Tuesday in attendance at the funeral of her brother-in-law Harold E. Capron, who died suddenly on Friday night of acute indigestion at his home in Bloomfield, N.J.

Mr. Capron was a member of the American Legion and saw extended service overseas. The funeral was a military one in the Methodist church.

He was well known here having been employed by the International Harvester Co., and also played basket ball with Manchester and Springwater teams.

He is survived by his wife and one young son, Mrs. Ella Capron his mother, Mrs. Rose Haynes of Springwater, a brother Ralph of Bloomfield, N.J., and a sister Mrs. Nellie Elliott of Elmsford, N.J.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Wayland, also the Commercial Travelers of Geneva, 427.
