The Obituary of Shepard Macomber

From the Monroe County Mail, 31 July 1913

Shepard Macomber, formerly of Livonia, died Tuesday, shortly after noon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. E. C. Meachum, after an extended illness, aged eighty-four years.

Besides the daughter with whom he lived, deceased leaves one son, Oren Macomber of Lima, and one sister, Mrs. Hickok of Springwater.

The funeral which will be private, will be held from Mrs. Meachum’s home this morning at 11 o’clock.

At Rochester, May 24th, Mrs. Mary Macomber of Canadice, 79 years. Burial at Livonia. She leaves her husband, a son, a daughter, five brothers and three sisters.
