The Obituary of Leah Coykendall Hoppough

10 February 1825 - 30 August 1896

From the Livonia Gazette, 11 September 1896

Mrs. Leah Hoppough, whose death was referred to in the Gazette last week, was the daughter of Joel and Sally Coykendall. She was the sister of Levi Coykendall and the late Mrs. Rebecca Hartson of this town, and Mrs. Bradner Hoppough of Henrietta.

Three sons and two daughters mourn the loss of kind mother and Christian woman.

The funeral services were held from her late home, and she was buried by the side of her husband, who died nearly twenty-five years ago.
