Mary H. “Janette” Goyette 86 years of Homestead Lane, Honeoye died Wednesday January 14, 2009 at her home. She was born in Honeoye, August 14, 1922 the daughter of Walter and Mary Jane Potter Hamilton.

She was a former member of the Honeoye-Hemlock American Legion Post Auxiliary. Prior to retiring she was employed by 3M, Eastman Kodak, and National Cash Register. She had also resided in Florida prior to moving back to Honeoye in 1990.

Janette was predeceased by her Husband Robert Goyette, her Son, Richard Ace, and her Brother Donald Hamilton. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Deborah Goyette of Henrietta, her daughter and son-in-law Sharon and Larry Coon of Honeoye, 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, her brother, Leonard Hamilton of Honeoye, several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call 2-5 PM Sunday at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc. Briggs St. Honeoye where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 AM. Burial, Lakeview Cemetery, Honeoye NY. Expressions of sympathy to the Richmond Ambulance Fund, PO Box 469, Honeoye, NY 14471.
