The cemetery is located on East Avenue in Springwater NY. From the four corners in Springwater where State Routes 15 and 15A intersect, turn east onto East Avenue. The cemetery is found within a quarter mile and sits on the left (north) side of the road. It has some wooden headstones and is the oldest cemetery in Springwater. The first burial in this cemetery was 30 Mar 1810; the last burial was in 1876. There are 27 know burials besides several that are marked with unlettered fieldstones.
